Studio Rental – Espace Ouvert

Whether for dance, circus, theater or any other discipline, you can rent the Espace Ouvert. The 2,000+ sq. ft. space is ideally configured for teaching, creation or rehearsal. Bright and air-conditioned, it features a 40′ x 25′ sprung floor, dance floor, sound system, kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling height is 12 feet.

The Open Space studio will be available during the day and every day of the week (except Saturday mornings) during January and February 2025. Please contact us to plan your artistic residencies or creative projects.

– 17/hour for solo practice

– 22/hour for practice with more than one person
