Seeking for Director of Partnership Development

Your role: a driving force for development of partnership

As Director of Partnership Development, you will play a key role in the financial and strategic growth of our organization. You will be responsible for implementing innovative strategies to attract private funding and cultivate lasting relationships with our partners. You will design and deploy campaigns, events and loyalty programs to maximize the resources needed to fulfill our mission.

Your responsabilities will include:

– Designing attractive strategies to develop and mobilize private funds.

– Managing creative initiatives: loyalty campaigns, events and partner recognition programs.

– Identifying and developing strategic partners, with a focus on funding key projects.

– Implementation of visibility and promotion tools to maximize the impact of partnerships.

– Leading the partnership and revenue development committee, ensuring alignment and sharing of tools, best practices and relevant data.

– Ongoing evaluation of results, by measuring performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).

– You will also be at the heart of innovation in partnerships and financing, keeping a strategic watch on emerging trends and ensuring that best practices are put in place.

– You will mentor a team, encouraging innovation, collaboration and professional development.
