AUDITION BIG BANG – FALL PROGRAM – UNTIL APRIL 12

BIG BANG is a 12-week contemporary dance program directed by Stéphanie Decourteille and offered at Espace Ouvert in Montreal. The Fall 2025 program runs from September 8 to November 30, and includes a ‘PERFECTIONNEMENT’ component, enabling artists to develop solid dance techniques and be introduced to a multitude of approaches, and a RESIDENCY component with personalized accompaniment to develop research work and begin the process of creating a solo. Each program welcomes artists from Quebec, Canada and abroad.

To apply, send your CV, a letter of interest, a video of a dance improvisation (under 2 minutes) and a video of floor work (under 2 minutes). As an option, you can also include a video in which you talk about your artistic universe and influences. Videos can be sent by private YouTube or Vimeo link to info@espace-ouvert.com.
