Tuesday Night Dances: Moving Through Senasation

Contemporary Dance Class – Bilingual French & English

Join us for our contemporary dance class on Tuesday evenings at White Wall Studio from 6:15 PM to 7:45 PM. Designed with a relational approach, this class focuses on learning through the lived experience of the moving body. We will explore the knowledge that resides within us using principles from the Axis Syllabus and various somatic practices. Through guided somatic explorations, we will gradually transition into danced phrases.

This shared teaching format provides a platform for dialogue and learning from each other’s practices.
