Management and technical specifications: the art of communicating your needs
Any show or performance, regardless of its format, benefits from a good technical specification. An essential tool to ensure the best execution and reception conditions during a performance, it encompasses all the technical details of a production: duration, required equipment, schedule, reception, stage layout, what the venue must provide, what you bring, etc.
The guest expert, accompanied by the lead trainer, will present the specifics of the technical specification and its essential components for effective collaboration with local or hosting technical teams. She will provide numerous examples of elements to consider to clearly communicate your needs and avoid unpleasant surprises. With concrete examples, the trainers will also be able to anchor the content in real-life situations to help learners prepare their technical specifications.
Finally, by the end of the day, participants will be able to optimize their approach to facilitate their entry into the venue and their communication with their distribution partners.
