Controlling stage media with Isadora software: advanced level

9:00AM to 5:00PM
95$

Eastern Bloc, 53 and 55, de Louvain Street W., #480, Montréal

Master the functionalities of a revolutionary, accessible and user-friendly software package to control, in total synergy, all the digital media of a scenic creation.

Multi-session course

Aimed at artists, designers and technicians in dance, theater and digital arts, this 21-hour, three-day group training course is designed to help you master the use of Isadora software.

This software is designed to interactively process, manage and distribute digital media such as video, sound, light, sensors, 3D cameras, motors and other special effects in real time.

At the end of the training, you’ll be completely autonomous in understanding, using and exploiting the software for the purposes of scenic creation. You’ll have full control over the program, interface and programming options for creating and controlling stage management, video mapping, lighting and sensors.

You’ll also learn about the software’s new applications for building dynamic interfaces, motion capture and PTZ camera control, as well as Isadora’s live webcasting features.

Particular attention will be paid to Isadora’s new teleperformance tools, which enable remote performers to move together, in audio and video, synchronized within the same image via the Internet, while broadcasting the result live on any web platform.

Individual support

At the end of the training, you’ll receive at least one hour’s individual coaching (1 hour), so that you can exploit the full potential of the software according to your specific needs. You’ll also receive a one-month professional license, enabling you to explore and experiment with the software in depth, at your own pace.
