Plan a smooth job transition in a cultural organization
In order to adequately transmit the experience gained within organizations to the next generation, it is necessary to document practices, and this requires specific skills. This issue is even more urgent considering that the artist-run centers, as well as the cultural sector in general, are currently experiencing a high turnover rate in their work teams.
From a participatory approach, based on the experience of the participants, this training addresses ways to smoothly anticipate succession in a position.
Objectives
- Better equip the people involved in the succession process (of the successor).
- Understand the various issues related to the transition of a position.
- Provide practical and concrete tools.
- Identify the role of the different people involved in the process.
- Enable a smooth transition of a position.
Who can benefit from this training?
It is primarily intended for managers, administrators, and artistic coordinators.
