Gozá

Gozá, derived from the Spanish verb “gozar,” embodies the very essence of the joy of dancing. Although this term may seem simple, it holds a complexity, as achieving this state of joy requires feeling comfortable.

This is what this intensive workshop offers you. To reach this state of mind, our team will guide you through a multi-step process, including technical preparation for dance, sharing knowledge about Afro-Colombian dances, and culminating in a collective experience of creation and experimentation.

Organizations Tondoa and Danza Descalza join forces to create this two-day experience filled with dance, music, discussions, and “gozadera.”
