Emotionally Integrated Voice – 4 cours hebdomadaires

This is a chance to discover or deepen your experience of this beautiful practice in a group context, combining hands-on partner work, playful group physical/vocal explorations, and both sounding and singing together. The pacing of these classes is slow in order to allow the body to unfold as we discover our yawns, our sighs of relief, and true pleasure in making sound. The group context allows for connection and celebration of each individual’s unique vocal instrument.

This way of approaching the voice has been fundamental to my overall artistic practice, in particular to my approach to integrating the total human expression through bodily movement and voice.

EIV supports an holistic approach to the voice as part of our full human expression. Through both practical and theoretical study, it examines and supports how our physiology and our emotions can work together to create sustainable and intentional vocal expression and communication.
