The class focuses on exploring and listening to oneself, others, the group, and the environment through a kinesthetic approach. Through improvisation exercises and set material, participants are encouraged to question notions of physical experience, sharing, and states of grace, in order to create intersections between virtuosity and somatic awareness, thus infinitely renewing the joy of dancing.
