The first part of the class focuses on the relationship with the floor and the air. Simple movements are used to activate the connection between the center and the joints. Then, exercises guide the body to draw spirals, control weight, and move through space with speed and precision. The second part centers on partner work and relational aspects such as trust, weight, instinct, awareness, and leadership. The fluidity of physical communication depends on the awareness of a shared balance.
