RQD welcomes Sarah and Gabriel and establishes itself for the first time in Quebec City
We are excited to welcome Gabriel, Head of Research and Political Analysis, and Sarah, Communications Director in Quebec City. With their expertise and passion, they bring new energy to our team and mark a historic milestone: for the first time in 40 years, the RQD is establishing a full-time presence in the national capital, a significant step in our commitment to decentralization.

Gabriel Thériault | Head of Research and Political Analysis
With a master’s degree in political science from Université du Québec à Montréal and five years of experience coordinating programming at La Chapelle Scènes Contemporaines in Montreal, Gabriel brings valuable expertise to RQD.

Sarah Therrien | Communications Director
Holding a degree in public communication from Université Laval, Sarah has applied her expertise to L’Artère, art de la danse et du mouvement, Le papillon blanc danse compagny , and various other artistic and community organizations in the greater Quebec City area.
“It is with great enthusiasm that I join the RQD team as the first collaborator based in Quebec City. As a 2016 graduate of the École de danse de Québec, I am privileged to return to this field that has given me so much, now bringing my communication skills to support our community.Passionate about dance and driven by the desire to contribute to its growth, I am eager to collaborate with you to advance and celebrate our field.”
