Atelier de danse kathak avec Tanveer Alam

Éclosion – Que puis-je apporter à cette danse ? 

S’adressant à la fois aux amateurs et aux professionnels de la danse, cet atelier propose une exploration de son corps, pour éveiller la compréhension de son être. Les participants seront initiés aux bases de la technique du kathak, une danse classique indienne, avant d’être invités à s’investir dans une improvisation guidée, utilisant les concepts sur lesquels s’est appuyé le chorégraphe pour créer la pièce Éclosion, qui sera présentée dans notre soirée double du 2 au 5 mai.

Conceived for professionals and non-professionals alike, this workshop awakens one’s understanding of one’s being through the exploration of one’s body. Participants will be initiated to the basic techniques of Kathak, an Indian classical dance, before throwing themselves into a guided improvisation using the concepts that the choreographer investigated to create his work Éclosion, which will be presented as part of the following double bill from May 2 to 5.
