Workshop manager : danse K-pop
The Cultural Activities Department of Student Life Services at the Université de Montréal is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead K-pop dance workshops starting in Fall 2025.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and lead K-pop dance workshops for a group of 25 participants.
- Teach choreographies inspired by the K-pop repertoire, accessible to both beginner and intermediate levels.
- Introduce dance techniques while fostering a fun and collaborative spirit.
- Encourage participants to develop confidence and artistic expression through movement.
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in dance, with a specialization or strong interest in K-pop.
- Ability to share knowledge enthusiastically and with clear pedagogy.
- Talent for motivating and inspiring a group, while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Additional Information:
Compensation and schedule to be discussed during the interview.
- Expected Schedule: Sessions will begin at the end of September and run for 9 weeks. The exact schedule will be determined based on the selected candidate’s availability and studio hours.
- Location: Espace 215, 215 Jean Talon East
- Contract: 15.5 hours per group
