Myrielle Bernier-Acuna

Myrielle, professional dancer, licensed Fletcher Pilates® Provider and yoga teacher, graduated from the Professional Ballet Programme at The School of Dance, continued her training in the three-year Contemporary Dance Diploma Programme, and graduated in May 2018. Since her graduation and to this day, Myrielle has worked on multiple site-specific projects with the company Ottawa Dance Directive, directed by Yvonne Coutts and has joined Tara Luz Danse, directed by Anik Bouvrette, where they’ve had the chance to perform in multiple cities across Canada. She has also worked with renowned artists, Alya Graham (Dénudement/Denudation – a study), Cathy Kyle (Even a Sparrow has a Home and A River in the Desert) and Pixie Cram with Tina LeMoine in a pixilation program (Witch Woman), which has been showcased in many festivals across Canada and Europe. More recently, Myrielle has worked on a new project with Pixie Cram (Pavilion), which will start being showcased in the fall.
